Sewage Treatment Systems: Reflection offers a large range of commercial systems to treat flows of 2000 litres per day to 200,000 ++ litres per day. Our commercial sand filter systems have few mechanical parts with no aerators. This means less breakdowns and less maintenance costs. All of our systems can be fitted with back to base remote monitoring.


All Reflection wastewater treatment systems are installed and serviced by Reflection trained personnel only.

Low pressure pipe systems (LPP)


Using a tried and true idea and adding the latest in technology Reflection Treatment Systems have taken the low pressure pipe wastewater system into a new era. One of the least expensive modern day systems available on the market, the LPP system combines low installation and operating costs with high performance and long life. For those with lifestyle blocks or rural outlook the LPP is the system for you!

Designed for the larger section size, the LPP is a cost effective way to provide a treatment system that keeps it simple and takes away the need for high technology expensive wastewater plants.


Originally designed for the residential house, the modern LPP can now be designed for anything from camp grounds to subdivisions, motels to schools.

Commercial Effluent Filter – Zoeller  P/N 170-0017



Commercial septic or grease trap filtration for removing hair, flour, lint, grease, etc. from the waste stream.

FILTER AREA:                     240 Linear feet of 1/32″ filtration.

MAX. FLOW RATE:            3,240 GPD (filters can be manifolded together to give greater flow rate).

MATERIALS:                       All materials are noncorrosive in the septic tank environment.


Easy to install or retrofit:

The Zoeller Septic System Filter fits onto any 4″ schedule 40 septic tank outlet pipe. Slide the filter on the tank’s outlet and tighten the stainless steel worm clamp. The system is now protected from discharging solids greater than 1/32”.


Easy to maintain:

A routine maintenance schedule should be set up to maintain each filter properly. More frequent cleaning will not hurt the filter and could even improve the performance of your system. For installations that exceed the design flow rate of one filter use a manifold type arrangement to add as many filters as required.


Better than a screen:

The Zoeller filter with its biomat cylinder design is better than a screen. Screens typically have a smaller filtration area than a filter. The Zoeller Commercial filter is designed with 240 linear feet of 1/32″ filtration.

Screens typically do not filter particles as small as filters. The Zoeller Commercial filter can filter particles as small as 1/32″.

Screens typically are not as rigid as filters. The rigid design of the Zoeller filter adds to the protection of your lateral system.

Screens are typically much larger in size than a filter. The compact design of the Zoeller filter aids in installation and servicing of the system.

100% of the Zoeller filter area is below the outlet, therefore 100% of the advertised filter area is used.

With a filter installed a gas, baffle will not be required because gas induced floating particulate will be kept in the tank.

Every Zoeller filter is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the homeowner/purchaser. 4000 RCW series wastewater distributing valve- K-RAIN


The 4000 RCW Series of distributing valves offers a reliable, economical way to automate multiple zoned residential and small commercial wastewater systems. The simplicity of design and a minimum of moving parts ensures ease of maintenance and long service life.


These patented valves allow for the number of watering zones to be changed quickly and easily. They are ideally suited for pump applications, onsite wastewater or effluent water applications.


The 4000 RCW valve is available in 4 or 6 outlet models. A quick change of the cam allows the valve to operate from 2 to 6 zones. The valve will operate with flows as low as 10 GPM and at pressures of 2.5-75 PSI.

The 6000 RCW Series line of distributing valves offers exceptional reliability and durability even under the dirtiest water conditions. With a metal die-cast body, the 6000 RCW series valves are capable of high pressure applications and are recommended to be used on pump fed systems. The 6000 RCW series is ideal for onsite wastewater and effluent water applications.


The 6000 RCW valve is available in 4 or 6 outlet models that are cammed for 2 to 6 zone operation. With only one moving part (the stem and the disk assembly), the valve is easily serviced and maintained.


The valve requires at least 15 GPM to operate and works at pressures from 2.5 to 150 PSI for flows to 100 GPM.


Fluid Dynamics Automatic Siphons


As many engineering studies and extensive field tests indicate, continuous discharge from the septic tank should be avoided. Continuous discharge causes the distribution to be limited to a few areas within the absorption field resulting in an overloading of the infiltrative surface in these areas. In order to maintain the infiltrative capacity of the soil, alternate periods of loading and resting of the leaching system should be provided. An inexpensive and trouble – free method of acheiving this solution is by using a dosing tank together with an Automatic Dosing Siphon.



What the Siphon Does

The automatic siphon system stores liquid in a tank until a certain elevation of the liquid is reached (the high water line), then the siphon automatically comes into operation and rapidly drains the tank to the low water line.


When the low water line is reached, the siphon shuts off and stops the flow of liquid. All liquid coming into the tank will again be stored until the high water line is reached and the siphon repeats the cycle. This is accomplished with no moving parts. The siphon operates on the hydraulic forces of the liquid rising in the dosing tank.





The primary use of the Automatic Siphon is to dose leach fields, sand filters, low pressure and other soil absorption systems. They may also be used to maintain minimum water velocities to insure proper scouring action of the liquid in the pipe lines. Alternating siphons are frequently used to direct effluent flow to different locations.
